Movement provides sports massage from PFit Coaching Facility in Darlington, alongside a mobile service across Darlington and surrounding areas.
Treatment is tailored to the individual, with a focus on supporting recovery, rehabilitation and performance. Movement is led by Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and BSc Physiotherapy Student - Mitchell.

Had a 60-minute massage, Mitchell was friendly and welcoming, the space was quiet, comfortable and clean. Had a pre-talk about what I wanted to focus on, and the massage was incredible. HIGHLY recommended.

Emailed Mitch as I was in quite a bit of shoulder pain. Absolutely fantastic service, mobile appointment the next day and worked wonders! Left me exercises to keep on with and have booked again to keep on top of it, highly recommended, thanks Mitch, worth every penny!
